Simple rules for using SIRICAMer responsibly.
These terms govern access to the SIRICAMer website and app materials. They are written to reflect the product’s local-first approach, private storage model, and limited-service scope.
1. Eligibility and acceptance
By accessing this site or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you use SIRICAMer on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
2. Limited license
SIRICAMer grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the website and app for lawful personal or internal evaluation purposes. Ownership of the software, branding, and written materials remains with SIRICAMer.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse, copy, reverse engineer, or interfere with the normal operation of the website or app.
- Do not use the service to distribute harmful code, infringing material, or misleading claims about the product.
- Do not present SIRICAMer branding or product materials as your own.
4. Local data responsibility
The app is designed to store wardrobe records locally on your device. You are responsible for managing access to your device, choosing whether to enable biometric protection, and handling any CSV exports you create.
5. Updates and feature changes
SIRICAMer may revise, improve, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these terms when product scope or legal requirements change. Continued use after a revised version becomes effective means you accept the updated terms.
6. Third-party platforms
If you obtain the app through a third-party marketplace such as the App Store or Google Play, that marketplace may apply additional terms governing payments, device compatibility, or store account access.
7. Disclaimers
SIRICAMer is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The app offers wardrobe organization and spending insight tools, not financial, legal, tax, medical, or resale-market advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIRICAMer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including lost data, lost profits, or business interruption arising from use of the site or app.
